CHURRASCO (pronounced Shoo-Has-Ko) uses premium quality meats| which are slowly roasted| on long skewers| over a pit of flaming coals. This type of cooking is referred to as “Gaucho Style”| which originated in southern Brazil and was developed by the Early Cowboys; who used traditional marinades and rubs that have been passed down through the generations.

To enjoy our Churrasco experience simply sit back and sip on a Brazilian beer or Caipirinha. There is no need to order from a menu. Let our waiting staff bring the specialty cuts of meat directly from the coals and slice it| still sizzling hot onto your plate. This is referred to as “Rodizio Style” which you can keep eating till your heart (or tummy) is content.
